[coherence-dev] 0.6.6.1.tar.gz still borked

Hi Charlie,

I've reworked the setup part and created a new
0.6.6.2 - the Red-Nosed Reindeer Revolutions -
release with a new Coherence-0.6.6.2.tar.gz in
the download folder.

not needed atm, will change with the new WebUI during
January anyway

> Coherence/tw_mirabeau_test.py
these are deleted in the 0.6.6.x branch already
and will be removed from trunk soon.

hmm, whatever that was, it doesn't belong into the tar-ball anyway.
