Hi,

I'm new with coherence. I have installed the 0.6.6.2 in ubuntu 9.04,
using setup.py. I'm not using the ubuntu repository version 0.6.4 in the
server but clients need the install via apt-ger to have Totem working
properly. Rhythmbox is ok for audio (server and clients)

For the video/audio server, I'm using Banshee. Clientes can see banshee:
bothe audio and video lists. I can play .avi files only. Most of my
video files are .m4v (mp4) but clients can't play. Any problem with mp4?

I succeeded using Banshee backend server using the command line:
coherence --plugin=backend:BansheeStore, found at
http://coherence.beebits.net/wiki/Banshee

Every time the computer is restarted, the above command must be run
again. I do not understand the instructions regarding config file at
http://coherence.beebits.net/wiki/Banshee. I guess this is the answer to
have Coherence properly configured during start up but there is no
information where to add the instruction to have the plugin up and
running. The session "New config file:" at
http://coherence.beebits.net/wiki/Banshee is not clear about how to use
the instructions given (create a text file? save where? What name to
use? Edit a default config file? Where is the coherence config
file?...). I found a comment about a Config File that should be found
somewhere under $Home, at
http://coherence.beebits.net/wiki/DocumentationDepartment. but I've
decided to understand what I'm doing first.

Summing up:
1- I need someone's help about coherence Config file or another way to
have Banshee working at coherence start up and
2- the possibility to have mp4 video files working as fine as .avi.

Best Regards,

Laércio
