[coherence-dev] Apport package hooks for coherence and upnp-inspector

Dev,

As you probable know, Ubuntu uses Apport to collect program crash
information and submits this as a bug report to launchpad.

As mentioned at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport/DeveloperHowTo package
hooks can be added to Coherence and Upnp-inspectors packaging to supply
additional information to crash reports.  

I was wondering if there is any additional information you would
consider relevant for apport to report in crash reports such as config
file info, system state info, packages installed, etc.  I am considering
doing this for Coherence and Upnp-inspector.

These hooks can be kept in the debian dir and can be installed via dpkg.
