Hi there dudes and dudies!

The big does-not-run-on-win-xp-bug seems to be solved. Looks like I
f***ed up the libs/dependencies on the vista. So fresh install of XP
prof with a bootstrap build environment and viola: working installer.
So I proudly present the beta 4:
