Rhythmbox (or in this case Coherence) should have no problem
in detecting some other UPnP MediaServer.

Just to be sure - you have copied the plugin files
as described in http://coherence.beebits.net/wiki/RhythmBox ?

If you start rhythmbox from the commandline, you can enable more
logging output from Coherence.

COHERENCE_DEBUG=*:3 rhythmbox

should create enough information to see if the DNS-323 shows up,
and if so what prevents it from being properly handled by Rhythmbox.
