[coherence-dev] Wiki cleanups

Nice efforts!
Maybe instead of copying/pasting CSS/HTML code everywhere it would be
nice to use a macro or something.. not that I dislike blue but if one
day we want to change the look-and-feel of the pages it would be
unpleasant to edit all the pages again ;)
