[coherence-dev] Coherence-0.6.6 borked?

Hi All,

I grabbed the Coherence-0.6.6 source distribution last night, and was playing with it. I grabbed it again this evening, and it had changed. 

The new archive is missing the recursive include for the xml-service-descriptions in MANIFEST.in, which seems to have caused the new source archive to also not include these files, nor try to install them.

Copying the xml-service-descriptions from the earlier 0.6.6 archive seems to have fixed the problem, and now the "new" archive contents are working properly.
