[coherence-dev] use rtsp-rtp-udp instead of http-get

we don't have a rtsp/rtp server included atm.
Mostly because I haven't had a client for that.

What client do you want to use?

We are on our way to integrate the gstreamer-rtsp-server [1],
initially in the combination with the DVB-Daemon.

On the other hand I have some old python based rtsp/rtp code
around here, might be possible to integrate that into current
Coherence.

But that's probably far away from gstreamer-rtsp-server capabilities.
